ULN2003A

Seven-channel Darlington sink driver array for driving relays, lamps, hammers, and LED displays. The ULN2003APG/AFWG series integrates seven NPN Darlington pairs and clamp diodes for inductive loads. Each output supports up to 500 mA, and the outputs are rated for at least 50 V sustaining voltage. Inputs are compatible with TTL and 5 V CMOS logic through integrated 2.7 kΩ base resistors.
