HHXC500ARA330MF80G is a high-temperature conductive polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitor from the HXC series. It combines the low ESR and high ripple current capabilities of conductive polymer with the low leakage current of standard aluminum electrolytic capacitors. It is rated for 33µF at 50V with an endurance of 4,000 hours at 125°C and is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q200 standards.
