The MIC series thin film microwave resistor is a high-frequency chip designed with low shunt capacitance and compatible with strip lines. It is constructed on a high-purity alumina substrate with a self-passivating tantalum nitride resistive film. The component features wire-bondable terminations and is 100% electrically tested and visually inspected to MIL-STD-883 standards.
