The RCP series features a thick film resistive element on an Aluminum Nitride (AlN) substrate, providing very high thermal conductivity. This high-power industrial chip resistor offers over three times the power capacity of standard resistors of the same size. It is designed for high-frequency performance up to 6 GHz and includes a solder-coated nickel barrier termination.
