SIC450ED-T1-GE3

The SiC450 is a PMBus 1.3 compliant non-isolated DC/DC buck regulator. It operates from a 4.5 V to 20 V input voltage range and is capable of delivering up to 40 A of continuous output current. The device incorporates high side and low side power MOSFETs and can support output voltages from 0.3 V to 12 V with a switching frequency up to 1.5 MHz. Features include internal LDO, remote sensing, and extensive fault monitoring via PMBus.
