The SiC463 is a high efficiency synchronous buck regulator with integrated high side and low side power MOSFETs. It is capable of supplying 4 A continuous output current from an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 60 V. The device features adjustable switching frequency up to 2 MHz and an adjustable output voltage from 0.8 V to 0.92 x Vin.
