The SiC466 is a high efficiency synchronous buck regulator with integrated high side and low side power MOSFETs. It is capable of delivering up to 10 A continuous output current from an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 60 V. The device features an adjustable output voltage from 0.8 V to 0.9 x VIN, an internal ripple injection network, and a power good indicator.
