This N-channel TrenchFET Gen IV power MOSFET is rated for 60 V drain-source voltage and up to 81.2 A continuous drain current at 25 °C case temperature. It provides a maximum on-resistance of 4.3 mΩ at 10 V gate drive and 6.2 mΩ at 4.5 V, with typical total gate charge of 15.2 nC at 4.5 V. The device is supplied in a PowerPAK 1212-8S package with a 3.3 mm by 3.3 mm footprint and supports operating junction temperatures from -55 °C to 150 °C. It is lead-free and halogen-free with Sn terminal plating and unlimited floor life, and it is intended for synchronous rectification, DC/DC conversion, motor drives, battery and load switching, and solar microinverters.
