The Wakefield-Vette 120963 is a high-performance liquid cold plate featuring a full buried tube design. It is constructed from an extruded aluminum base plate with a continuous copper tube that is fully encapsulated within the plate using a high thermal conductivity epoxy. This 6-pass configuration allows for efficient heat transfer and the ability to cool components mounted on both sides of the plate, as the tube is not exposed to the external environment. This part is designed for cooling high-power semiconductors and industrial electronic assemblies where air cooling reaches its thermal or footprint limits.
