Offers ±1% output voltage accuracy, 0.1%/V line regulation, and 40mV load regulation. Housed in a compact 1.78mm x 2.17mm x 0.48mm HSNT EP package with 6 flat leads for surface mounting, operating from -40°C to 85°C. Includes current limit, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown protection.
