Dual-output positive LDO regulator with fixed 2.8V and 3.3V outputs, capable of delivering up to 0.3A. Features include a low dropout voltage of 0.24V at 300mA, ±1% output voltage accuracy, and excellent line and load regulation. This surface-mount component is housed in a compact 1.78mm x 2.17mm x 0.48mm HSNT EP package with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Integrated protection mechanisms include current limit, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
