Dual-output positive fixed linear voltage regulator (LDO) with 1.5V and 2.8V outputs. Features a maximum output current of 0.3A per output, ±1% accuracy, and low dropout voltages of 0.35V and 0.24V at 300mA. Housed in a compact 6-pin HSNT EP surface-mount package (1.78x2.17x0.48mm) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Includes current limit, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown protection. Operates from a 1.7V to 5.5V input voltage range.
