The 6½-digit bench digital multimeter measures DC voltage, AC voltage, DC current, AC current, 2-wire and 4-wire resistance, diode, continuity, frequency, and period. It provides up to 1000 readings per second, 512 readings of internal memory, and a maximum input rating of 1000 V and 3 A. Standard system interfaces include GPIB and RS-232 with SCPI-compatible remote operation. The instrument supports external triggering, voltmeter-complete signaling, and pass/fail TTL output for automated test systems.
