
The A1121EUA-T is a Hall effect sensor with a linear, latching, and omnipolar output. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is available in a through-hole SIP package. The device can supply up to 4mA and has a maximum output current of 25mA. It is compliant with AEC-Q100 and RoHS standards, but not radiation hardened. The sensor is suitable for use in automotive applications.
