The A3121EUA-T is a unipolar Hall effect sensor with a minimum magnetic sensor release point of 125mT and a maximum operating point of 450mT. It operates over a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 24V and can source up to 25mA of current. The device is packaged in an ultra mini SIP package and is suitable for use in temperatures between -40°C and 85°C.
