The A3122LUA-T is a unipolar Hall effect sensor with a minimum magnetic sensor release point of 140mT, typical magnetic sensor hysteresis of 105mT, and a maximum magnetic sensor operating point of 400mT. It operates over a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 24V, with a typical operating supply voltage of 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, or 18V. The device has a maximum output current of 25mA and is available in a 3-pin ultra mini SIP package. The A3122LUA-T is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 150°C.
