The A3283ELH-T is a latching omnipolar Hall effect sensor with a minimum magnetic sensor release point of -180° and typical magnetic sensor hysteresis of 300°. It operates over a supply voltage range of 4.2 to 24V and can source up to 25mA of current. The device is packaged in a SOT-23W package and is specified to operate over a temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
