
The ATS612LSB is a linear, latching, omnipolar Hall effect sensor from Allegro Microsystems. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and is supplied with a voltage between 3.6V and 24V. The sensor has a maximum output current of 20mA and a maximum supply current of 5.5mA. It is available in a plastic package with a through-hole mount. The device is not RoHS compliant and is intended for use in automotive applications, conforming to AEC-Q100 standards.
