The AOL1712 is a 65A 30V surface mount SRFET MOSFET with a maximum operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It has a maximum power dissipation of 100W and is RoHS compliant. The device is packaged in a small outline R-PDSO-F3 package, available on tape and reel. The AOL1712 features an input capacitance of 5.12nF and a maximum Rds on resistance of 4.2mR.
