It has a maximum drain to source voltage of 100V and a maximum continuous drain current of 58A. The transistor is packaged in a TO-262 case and is mounted through a hole. It has a maximum power dissipation of 100W and an on-resistance of 14.5 milliohms. The AOW298 is suitable for a variety of applications including power amplification and switching.
