Serial configuration flash memory stores configuration data for Cyclone FPGAs and reloads the data at power-up or reconfiguration. The device provides 4,194,304 bits of nonvolatile memory with a four-pin active-serial interface using DATA, DCLK, ASDI, and nCS signals. It operates from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V supply and is supplied in an 8-pin plastic SOIC package. The memory is reprogrammable for more than 100,000 erase and program cycles and is delivered with the memory array erased.
