Operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C with a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V). This logic IC offers a propagation delay of 12ns at nominal supply voltage and a load capacitance of 50pF. Housed in a 28-terminal ceramic CQCC package (LCC-28), it supports military temperature grade and includes screening levels 38535Q/M, 38534H, and 883B.
