The SFH 2440 is a high-speed silicon PIN photodiode designed for applications with high sensitivity requirements. It features a large radiant sensitive area and is optimized for the visible and near-infrared spectrum. The device is housed in a clear DIL plastic package, offering low dark current and very short switching times, making it suitable for high-speed light barriers and industrial electronics.
