A high-precision 10 V monolithic series voltage reference offers an initial accuracy of ±5 mV (0.05%) and a low temperature coefficient of 20 ppm/°C. It exhibits minimal output noise of 4 µV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz) and features 100 µV/mA load regulation, capable of sourcing 10 mA output current. Operating from a 13.5 V to 36 V input, it maintains a low quiescent current of 4 mA (max) across a 0°C to 70°C operating temperature range. Performance is optimized through a proprietary ion-implanted buried Zener diode and laser wafer trimming of high-stability thin-film resistors, ensuring low noise and drift. Designed as an industry-standard pinout upgrade, it is ideal for precision 12-bit to 16-bit DACs and ADCs. The component is supplied in an 8-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) through-hole package.
