A high-accuracy 5.0 V voltage reference utilizes XFET® technology, offering ultra-low noise and exceptional stability. It achieves an initial accuracy of ±2 mV (0.04%) and a maximum temperature coefficient of 3 ppm/°C. Engineered for robust precision, the device exhibits an ultra-low noise voltage of 8 µV p-p (0.1 to 10 Hz) across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Operating from a 7.0 V to 18.0 V input, it supports 30 mA source and 20 mA sink current capabilities while drawing a maximum quiescent current of 800 µA. This series voltage reference maintains excellent stability with 15 ppm/mA load regulation and 20 ppm/V line regulation, housed in an 8-MSOP (RM-8) surface mount package. Ultra-low noise, high accuracy 5.0 V voltage reference using XFET® technology, featuring high stability and low temperature drift.
