Precision sigma-delta ADC provides 24-bit conversion with DC to 50 kHz input bandwidth and output data rates from 7.6 SPS to 500 kSPS. The analog front end supports four differential or eight pseudodifferential inputs and includes an integrated low-noise PGA with gains from 0.5 to 128. The device operates from a 4.75 V to 5.25 V analog supply or bipolar ±2.5 V supply, with a 1.7 V to 5.25 V digital supply. Integrated features include flexible digital filters, internal reference, oscillator, temperature sensor, excitation current sources, GPIO, diagnostics, and SPI-compatible serial interface. The device is specified over −40°C to +105°C and is housed in a 32-lead 4 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package.
