Integrated functions include a 2.5 V reference, excitation current sources, bias voltage generation, GPIO, diagnostics, calibration, an internal oscillator, and SPI-compatible serial communication. Operation is specified from −40 °C to +105 °C, with functional operation to +125 °C in a 32-lead 4 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package.
