High-performance operational amplifier featuring a 20 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 120 V/µs slew rate. This 8-pin, hermetically sealed metal can (TO-99) device offers a maximum input offset voltage of 10,000 µV and a minimum voltage gain of 7500. Designed for commercial temperature grades, it operates from a nominal supply voltage of ±15V, with limits up to ±20V. The voltage-feedback architecture ensures efficient amplification with a typical common-mode rejection ratio of 90 dB.
