Operates with dual supply voltages from 2.25V to 2.75V and single supply from 2.3V to 5.5V, with a maximum supply current of 32uA. Packaged in LFCSP EP with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for surface mounting. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
