Features a 2.5V to 5.5V operating supply voltage, 167 kS/s conversion rate, and 0.625 LSB integral nonlinearity. This unipolar voltage output DAC offers a 6 µs settling time and 0.7 V/µs slew rate. Packaged in a 4.4mm width, 5mm length, 1.05mm height SOP with tin-matte contact plating.
