Features include a maximum settling time of 7 µs and selectable internal or external voltage reference. This general-purpose converter is housed in a 16-pin TSSOP (Thin Shrink Small Outline Package) with gull-wing leads, measuring 5mm x 4.4mm x 1.05mm (Max) and designed for surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
