Octal voltage output 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a 167 kS/s conversion rate. Features 8 DAC channels, SPI/Serial/3-wire interface, and unipolar voltage output. Operates from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply voltage with a maximum power dissipation of 5 mW. Integral nonlinearity is 4 LSB, and settling time is 7 µs. Available in a 16-lead TSSOP package with tin/lead contact plating.
