Operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply voltage, providing a unipolar or bipolar voltage output. Integral nonlinearity is 3 LSB, with a settling time of 7 µs. Packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP with dimensions of 5.1mm (L) x 4.5mm (W) x 1.2mm (H).
