Dual 10-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) featuring a 2 ppm/°C internal voltage reference. This nanoDAC® offers a 10-bit resolution with an Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 1 LSB and a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 90 dB. It supports I²C, SPI, and serial 2-wire interfaces, operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The device provides a voltage output with a settling time of 5 µs and a sampling rate of 400 kS/s. Packaged in a TSSOP for surface mounting, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
