16-channel, 14-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a single-supply operation from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Features a 125 kS/s conversion rate and a 400 kS/s sampling rate, with a settling time of 8 µs. Supports SPI and I2C serial interfaces and offers unipolar output voltage. Integral nonlinearity is 4 LSB, with a maximum power dissipation of 21 mW. Packaged in tape and reel with tin, matte contact plating.
