Features a single-supply operation from 4.5V to 5.5V, with a typical operating voltage of 5V. Achieves a conversion rate of 125 kS/s and a sampling rate of 400 kS/s, with a settling time of 8 µs. Integral nonlinearity is specified at 3 LSB, and the device offers unipolar output voltage. Packaged in an LFCSP EP with tin-matte contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
