Supports serial interfaces including I2C, SPI, and 3-wire communication. Achieves a sampling rate of 400 kS/s with a conversion rate of 125 kS/s and a settling time of 8 µs. Integral nonlinearity is rated at 4 LSB. Packaged in LFCSP EP with tin, matte contact plating.
