Features a serial 3-wire, SPI, QSPI, or Microwire digital interface and offers both current and voltage output types. Supports internal or external voltage references. Packaged in a 24-pin TSSOP EP (Thin Shrink Small Outline Package, Exposed Pad) with gull-wing leads for surface mounting. Operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
