Dual 8-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converters (DACs) offer a high bandwidth of 21.3MS/s with a parallel interface. Featuring 8-bit resolution, these ICs provide two DAC channels with a maximum output voltage of 20V and a minimum of 0µV. Integral nonlinearity is specified at 0.25LSB, and settling time is 30ns. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, these devices are supplied in a 2500-piece tape and reel package.
