Dual 10-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converters (DACs) offer a high bandwidth of 21.3MS/s with a parallel interface. Featuring 2 DAC channels, these ICs provide a 10-bit resolution and a fast settling time of 35ns. The device operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply, with a typical operating voltage of 5V, and supports input voltages from -10V to 10V with an output range of 0µV to 20V. Integral nonlinearity is rated at 0.5LSB, and the component is housed in a 1.05mm high, 7.8mm long, 4.4mm wide SOP package with tin-matte contact plating.
