Dual 12-bit multiplying digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a 2.47MS/s conversion rate. Features a serial interface supporting SPI and 3-wire protocols, and a differential output. Operates with a single supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, accepting input voltages from -10V to 10V and producing output voltages from 0µV to 20V. Offers 1LSB integral nonlinearity and an 80ns settling time. Packaged in SOP with Tin/Lead contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
