The BiFET operational amplifier provides precision FET-input performance with 25 pA maximum warmed-up input bias current on K, L, and S grades. The L grade is laser trimmed for 0.25 mV maximum input offset voltage and 1 µV/°C maximum offset drift. It operates from ±5 V to ±18 V supplies with rated performance at ±15 V and draws 1.5 mA typical quiescent current. The device is offered in an 8-pin hermetically sealed TO-99 metal can package, with commercial grades rated from 0°C to 70°C and the S grade from -55°C to 125°C.
