The single-channel voltage-output DAC provides 16-bit resolution with a serial digital interface. It operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V single supply and produces an unbuffered output range from 0 V to VREF. The converter is guaranteed monotonic and specifies 1 LSB INL accuracy over the −40 °C to +85 °C operating temperature range. It supports SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP-compatible 3-wire interfaces with 1 µs settling time and low 0.625 mW power dissipation.
