Features a 1µs settling time, 92dB signal-to-noise ratio, and 17V/µs slew rate. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, with output voltage ranging from 2V to 10V. Integral nonlinearity is 1LSB, and full-scale error is 6LSB. Available in LFCSP EP and TSSOP packages, suitable for surface mounting.
