Quad, current-output, serial-input 16-bit Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs) featuring a 500 kS/s conversion rate. These ICs offer 16-bit resolution with an integral nonlinearity of 2 LSB and a settling time of 0.9 µs. The serial interface supports SPI and 3-wire communication. Operating from a 3V to 5.5V dual supply, these devices are housed in a SOP package with tin, matte contact plating.
