Dual 16-bit and 14-bit Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs) offer a 2MS/s conversion rate with 1LSB integral nonlinearity. Featuring an SPI serial interface, these unipolar output devices operate from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply. The compact SOP package with tin, matte contact plating houses two DAC channels, providing a maximum output voltage of 24V. Designed for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, these RoHS compliant DACs are supplied in tape and reel packaging.
