Featuring 2 MS/s conversion rate and 500 ns settling time, these bipolar/unipolar output devices provide 1 LSB integral nonlinearity. Operating from 2.7V to 5.5V supply, they are housed in a 16-pin SOP package with matte tin contact plating.
