8-Bit nanoDAC® digital-to-analog converter featuring a 1.7 MS/s conversion rate and an I²C compatible serial interface. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum power dissipation of 500µW. Offers a voltage output with bipolar or unipolar polarity and a settling time of 6µs. Housed in a compact SC package with gold contact plating, measuring 2.2mm in length, 1.35mm in width, and 1mm in height. Integral nonlinearity is 0.5 LSB, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
