10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a single-channel voltage output. Features a 1.7 MS/s conversion rate, 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity, and a 6 µs settling time. Operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, consuming less than 100 µA. Includes an I²C compatible serial interface and a tiny SC70 package with gold contact plating. Maximum operating temperature is 125°C.
