Operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, offering a 0V to 5V unipolar voltage output. Housed in an 8-lead SOT-23 package with tin-matte contact plating, this RoHS-compliant component is supplied on a 3000-piece tape and reel. Integral nonlinearity is 6 LSB, with a settling time of 8 µs and a slew rate of 1.5 V/µs.
